The Tower of Blood, it was called. Minas Sereg, another stronghold of Morsereg. It was built after the rise of Morsereg's power in the north , aided only by Dwar the Barrow-Wight. It gave out a type of black glow that struck fear in the hearts of those who were not evil, a similar effect as was once alive in the Nazgul of Sauron. ? ? It was dug deep into the mountainside, all black, as opposed to the 'White City' of Minas Tirith. There were homes within Minas Sereg, along with many towers. There was one tower that stood tall in the air, able to see all within Angmar, this was the council room and second throne room of Morsereg. Here he would sit, when not in Carn Dum, to overlook the rest of Angmar, nothing hidden from that tower. In the middle of the tower, on the black floor, was a design, the symbol of Angmar. A black orb, within which there was a skull, blood-stained. Across the black gate that barred entrance, there were faint runes, barely legible, but able to be seen once one had approached. Upon translation, one would discover it to read:
I am the way into the City of Woe I am the way to the Forsaken People I am the way into Eternal Sorrow Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.
