After the retaking of Gonfor Morgan and the other workers that were left looked around at the once flourishing fields for buiseness. Now they'd have to start all over again and they'd have to bury the bodies. Morgan knew they had a long a way to go. First everyone went through and found their family to bury. Morgan found her father once more and with some help, took him near her brothers grave where she buried her father next to her brother. Then Morgan kneeled, prayed and cried a bit and then she helped others bury their families.
The next day the peasants began working on how to renourish the fields and how they would be able to replant the cotton seeds.

*Thraden walked among the fields surveying the damage. It reminded him of Mirkwood, the forest that burned due to his own selfishness and hubris. But it was being regrown, and now he planned to help regrow other places. He walked over to her* "If I remember correctly, you are Morgan. Am I correct?"

"Seeds. Mere seeds at the sight, but just throw them into the wind, and within a week, you will have the best fields in the land, and you shall be the richest of all peasants. But obviously, you were not born as a peasant."

"I was born half Gondorien and half Mrkwood my lord. My mother died so I came here. How do I know these seeds will work? There is nothing for it to grow in here. The earth is all burnt."

"These are no ordinary seeds. These are elvish seeds. Similar to the ones that are being used to regrow Mirkwood, where the ground is as burnt and broken as it is here. They will work."

"But what kind of seeds are they. We have to grow cotton here my lord?"

"Whatever you want them to grow into, they will grow into. If cotton is what you want, then so be it."

"That secret I'll keep to myself. But they are elven seeds, and i'd hate to see the day when an elf, even a half-elf, trust their skills and abilities. This will greatly help you get through your recent. . .loss. The wounds never heal inside, but perhaps you may be happy for a time."
